Background
Dr. Milici earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Indiana University in 2011 and was recognized by the Hutton Honors College. In 2015, she earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then did her general surgery internship and residency at Jefferson-Abington Health System where she served as chief resident. Following her residency in 2020, Dr. Milici went on to the University of Pennsylvania to complete a fellowship in Vascular Surgery. She began her practice in vascular surgery at Surgical Care Specialists following the completion of her fellowship in 2022.
Dr. Milici has won multiple honors including the outstanding junior resident award, Rosenfeld Surgical Scholar Award, Sidney Kimmel Medical College Education Honor Roll, and the Chairman’s Award. While at Indiana University, she received both athletic and academic awards and scholarships. She is active in research to improve vascular outcomes and teaching medical students and residents. She has presented at many national conferences and published/co-authored multiple articles and abstracts. She is an active participant in the Vascular Quality Initiative Program which strives to improve the quality, safety, effectiveness, and cost of vascular health care. She regularly attends meetings with other experts in vascular care to discuss the best treatments and improvements in vascular care. She is a member of the Eastern Vascular Society, Society of Vascular Surgery, American College of Surgeons, and American Osteopathic Association. Her areas of special interest include:

- Open aneurysm repair
- Carotid surgery and stenting
- Peripheral vascular surgery and stenting
- Abdominal, thoracic, and carotid aneurysms
